Breakfast Smoothie Bowl

Oregano has antimicrobial and antifungal properties. Warding off the bad bugs will help your good gut bacteria thrive.

Serves 1 - Metabolic Types (Di, C, De, T, O, S)

Ingredients

  • 1 small pear, peeled and cored

  • 20g rocket

  • 1 sprig of fresh oregano, leaves
    only

  • 60g kefir or yoghurt (dairy free)

  • 1 serving of pea or whey protein
    powder

  • 20g blueberries

Method

  1. Simply blitz all the ingredients except the blueberries together in a blender or processor, then scatter with blueberries.
