PCH CHILL relaxation & stress formula is a unique product containing a patented organic saffron extract, L-theanine, vitamin B6 (in the bioactive P5P form).
Saffron extracts have been used traditionally since the Middle Ages for cooking (so is widely considered a safe nutrient), as well as its supportive effects on the body and mind. Safr’Inside extract has been researched in human adult studies to investigate its effects on balancing the stress hormone cortisol, emotional balance and ability to maintain a positive mood.
PCH CHILL also includes L-theanine, a nutrient which contributes to calmness and relaxation, vitamin B6 and magnesium, which contribute to normal psychological function, normal function of the nervous system and reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
This product can be taken with any other PCH supplements and partners with with Just Ashwagandha and Mood & Sleep. It is suitable for vegetarians and vegans and is free from gluten, soya and dairy.
This product has no associated contraindications and can be taken alongside SSRIs.
Use: 1-2 capsules daily after food (or away from food) or as directed by a practitioner.
How I take it: 1 mid afternoon and 1 one hour before bedtime for maximum effectiveness away from food. Start by taking it after lunch and dinner.
